We offer customizable service packages designed specifically to provide your commercial pool with an optimized maintenance and cleaning program.
- Initial water diagnosis
- Health Department Codes & Equipment Room Review
- Chemical monitoring & balancing
- Each week we will:
- Skimming pool surface
- Brushing pool and spa walls, steps
- Vacuum pool & spa
- Chemical balancing
- Daily water chemistry log (posted in pump room)
- Daily water testing includes:
- free/combined/total chlorine reading
- Ph & acid demand
- Total alkalinity
- Water hardness (monthly)
- Phosphate testing (monthly)
- Cyanuric Acid (monthly)
Service Continued
- Maintenance of proper water level
- Appropriate backwashing of all filters
- Empty all skimmer and pump baskets
- Perform safety checks on pool & spas including handles, steps, drain covers to ensure proper safety protocols
- Test Heater each visit
- Ensure proper storage of all chemicals
- Ensure probe sensors are reading and dosing correctly, tubing and feeders are operational and that all chemical barrels are full with correct dosage of chemicals
- Annual evaluation of all equipment
- Collect and deliver samples of each body of water to the health department each month.
